Prior to joining SolomonEdwards in 2002, Brian worked in public accounting and financial controllership with concentrations in SEC and regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and international business. Brian began his career in the business assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
