Control Point Associates, Inc. (Control Point) the leading professional land surveying, geospatial and consulting firm has announced it will now be providing aerial photogrammetry and subsurface utility location as in house services.

"In an effort to better service our clients, adding these services to our in house capabilities was a natural evolution for our firm," Richard A. Butkus, Jr., President/Managing Partner of Control Point said. "We have always offered these services through strategic partnerships but given our continual growth these additions will insure the upmost quality and highest level of customer service."

The Aerial Photogrammetry team will be led by Ray Tobia and Tim Cooke who have over 70 combined years of management experience and expertise within the industry. They have provided photogrammetric and land surveying services for many notable projects including complete surveys of the former and new Yankee Stadiums, the World Trade Center Site and mapping for major infrastructure improvement projects throughout the country.

Additionally, Control Point's teams are now equipped with state of the art electromagnetic locators, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) designating devices and Vacuum Excavation equipment. This will allow Control Point to provide the most accurate underground utility location. This includes all levels: A, B, C and D.

Leading the field efforts for this new division, Ed Britton comes to Control Point with over 25 years of experience within the industry and will lead the Subsurface Utility Location team. Britton has established relationships with the Port Authority of NY and NJ, NJ Department of Transportation and various universities across the Northeast.
