Thomas D. Kramer, President of TDK Commercial Advisors, announces a series of newly completed office leases on behalf of two clients in Pennsylvania.

TDKCA represented leading-edge real estate company Post Brothers in lease transactions with several new tenants at Monroe Office Center, a two-story office property in Philadelphia. Located at 1 Winding Drive, Monroe Office Center is situated within Presidential City, Post Brothers’ historic four-building residential development. Totaling over 22,000 square feet, the new leases are as follows:

Elegance in Dentistry, which has leased 3,500 square feet on the first floor of Presidential City, will open its new office in Q1 2017.

Everwash, a tech company specializing in a mobile app that services the car wash industry, signed a new lease for 1,700 square feet.

Jason’s Toridasu signed a 1,160-square-foot lease for its local corporate office.

Children’s Choice, Inc., which provides specialized foster care, kinship care and adoption services, signed a 4,000-square-foot lease, with occupancy scheduled for late 2016.

Rogers Memorial Hospital signed the largest new lease and will occupy 11,000 square feet on the building’s first floor.

This leasing activity now brings the occupancy of Monroe Office Center to near 90%.

Thomas Kramer reports: “This project has experienced tremendous leasing activity while undergoing extensive renovations. The market has responded favorably as interest from prospective tenants is at a fevered pace. We expect to reach 100% occupancy over the next several quarters.”

TDKCA also represented the law firm of Kelly Jasons McGowan Spinelli Hannah & Reber in the acquisition of office space in Pittsburgh, PA. The firm will be relocating their regional office into 707 Grant Street by the end of the calendar year.
