I'll -- so I think we're going to start the session if everyone would like to take a seat, it's the last session of the last day, so from here on in, it’s home run. So -- look, thank you for joining us today. We're delighted to introduce I guess speaker for this keynote, Mikael Dolsten. Mikael is President of Pfizer R&D as many of you know. We've also got Chuck Triano and colleagues who run the Investor Relations team with us in the audience today.
