Mountain has been appointed by the Radnor Township Board of Commissioners to the Radnor Township Citizens Audit Review and Financial Advisory Committee. She has also recently been named co-chair of the Chester County Bar Association’s Diversity Committee and was elected Assistant Treasurer of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania (APABA-PA).

Helen concentrates her practice representing companies in corporate and business law counseling, as well as corporate and financing transactions. She also has extensive skills and experience in real estate and development matters and serves clients in a range of municipal finance projects including serving as bond counsel.
