Michael Baker International, a global leader in engineering, consulting, planning, technical and professional services, today named Brian A. Lutes as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Dale R. Spaulding as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Mr. Lutes brings to the position nearly 30 years of leadership and management experience spanning audit and finance, human resources and operations, including 15 years with General Electric. Mr. Lutes has served as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Michael Baker where he has made significant contributions to the growth of the company.
Mr. Spaulding brings more than 30 years of experience in civil engineering, environmental planning and construction management including infrastructure projects. Mr. Spaulding has been with Michael Baker for six years and most recently led the company's largest operation, its Pennsylvania Headquarters Region.
