Stradley Ronon Partner Nicole Trudeau was a panelist for Grant Thornton’s webcast, “Tightening Pressure Transforms The Landscape: The State of Asset Management” on Jan. 10. Trudeau and co-panelists discussed how increasing regulation, technology and the change in investor demographics are affecting asset management businesses.

Trudeau represents investment companies including open- and closed-end funds as well as exchange-traded funds, other pooled investment vehicles such as business development companies and their independent board members, as well as investment advisers on matters arising under U.S. federal securities laws, particularly the Investment Company Act of 1940.
