The Duane Morris Tax Accounting Group (TAG) has added Joann I. Camm, CPA as senior manager and Shawn P. O’Neill, MBA as tax specialist in Philadelphia. Camm joins TAG from RSM (formerly McGladrey) and O’Neill joins from PwC.

Camm has more than 25 years of experience in many facets of federal, state and local income taxation, with particular emphasis on tax compliance, planning and minimization strategies for closely-held businesses, including substantial audit and accounting experience, analysis of financial transactions, trends and operating results, and the preparation and analysis of financial statements and related disclosures. She also has considerable experience in income tax compliance and planning for high net worth individuals. Camm graduated from Holy Family University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
O’Neill will be primarily responsible for tax planning and compliance activities, including tax minimization strategies, for a diverse client base including high net worth individuals and trusts. He will also provide custom accounting activities for small businesses and family offices. O’Neill graduated from LaSalle University with both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration in accounting. He is currently pursuing his CPA designation.
