Adinolfi & Packman, PA is pleased to welcome Kevin Falkenstein, Esq. back to the firm. In his role, he will focus on all aspects of divorce and family law, including Domestic Violence matters, same sex marriages, grandparent visitation litigation, prenuptial agreements, and Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P) matters.
Falkenstein is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and previously was with the firm from 2011 to 2015. He obtained his law degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in Philadelphia, P.A and a bachelor’s degree from American University in Washington D.C. He also completed a clerkship with the Camden County Superior Court Family Division from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, his work ethic has been demonstrated time and again through an extremely successful divorce trial record.
He is a member of the Burlington County, Camden County, and Gloucester County Bar Associations and is active with the New Jersey State Bar Association, including participation in its Family Law Section and serving as a member of the Young Lawyers Division. He also was named to SJ Magazine’s Top Attorney List (Family Law) from 2013 to 2017.
A Haddon Heights resident, Falkenstein also is active in the local community. He serves on the board of the Haddon Township High School Athletic Hall of Fame and the South Jersey Young Professionals Association (SJYPA), as well as on the board of the Friends of Bancroft, a charitable foundation that provides support to Bancroft Health Systems and those impacted with Autism and other neurobehavioral issues. With SJYPA, he has successfully raised funds for numerous local charities, including Camp No Worries, a local YMCA camp for children with cancer, where he also serves as volunteer camp counselor.
