Andrew’s practice is focused primarily within the areas of Banking and Financial Institution Litigation; Commercial Litigation; Landlord-Tenant matters, and Commercial and Personal Debt Collection. His experience includes working with clients in the financial services and banking industries, lenders, commercial landlords, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. Within each of his practice areas, Andrew focuses on the prosecution of litigation on behalf of the Firm’s clients, whether derived from contractual rights, leasehold obligations, or for services provided.

In addition to his experience prosecuting litigation on behalf of clients, Andrew also has substantial experience negotiating, drafting and advising clients regarding loan modification agreements, short sale agreements, forbearance agreements, settlement agreements, stipulated judgments, voluntary liens on real property, and other alternatives to litigation.

Recognized by his peers, Andrew has been named a Super Lawyers Connecticut Rising Star from 2016-2014. He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, the US District Court of Connecticut and the US Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. Andrew holds a JD from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of Hartford.
