Stradley Ronon Counsel Jana M. Landon will be moderating the panel, “Beyond Breach: Everything You Need to Know About Cyber” at the Insurance Society of Philadelphia’s “Philly I-Day” on March 23 in Philadelphia. Landon and co-panelists will discuss the mistakes that companies make when planning (or failing to plan) for the inevitable cyber incident, what insureds are now looking for in the cyber marketplace to cover emerging risks, and what state regulators and the NAIC are doing to address these risks and protect consumers.

Landon is co-chair of the firm’s cyber insurance and data breach response groups. Her practice focuses on advising lawyers and clients on data security and data management issues and legal, technical and strategic issues regarding information governance. She also represents clients in complex insurance coverage matters.
