Charlson & Associates, P.C. founder Noah H. Charlson announced today that veteran attorneys Liam Y. Braber, Christopher I. McCabe and William A. Denmark have joined his firm, which will now be known as Charlson Braber McCabe & Denmark. Braber, McCabe and Denmark left Jacoby Donner, P.C. to expand their practices, offering greater reach and relevancy in a more streamlined setting.
The new firm serves local, regional and national clients in the areas of construction litigation and counseling, corporate and real estate transactions, business litigation, labor and employment, ERISA, public contracting, and estate planning, and has offices in Philadelphia and Manhattan.

Noah H. Charlson, a veteran litigator and construction lawyer, was formerly a shareholder at Bazelon Less & Feldman. He concentrates his practice in complex business litigation, construction and surety law and all forms of dispute resolution. His clients include lawyers and law firms, builders and construction managers, project owners and real estate developers, architects, universities, gaming companies, insurance companies, authors and artists, and corporate executives.
Liam Y. Braber maintains an extensive practice focusing on labor, employment and ERISA law and on construction law and contracts. He also drafts contracts of all types and regularly handles employment, labor, construction and other commercial cases in court and in mediation/arbitration in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.
Christopher I. McCabe regularly advises clients on a full range of public bidding and contracting matters including bid protests and challenges, contract awards, claims for prompt payment, surety and bonding issues, retainage, project delays and contract claims.
