NAI Hanson’s Russell Verducci and Eric Demmers represented the lessee, Cavalli Cabinets, in the lease transaction with the landlord, 70 Triangle Associates, LLC.
70 Triangle Boulevard is a 46,700-square-foot industrial building located in the heart of Carlstadt’s industrial zone. The well-maintained building offers direct access to the New Jersey Turnpike via Exit 16W as well as Routes 3, 17, 46 and 80. With two loading docks and one drive-in, this property features a supreme location for a variety of warehousing and distribution needs.
Cavalli Cabinets was seeking to relocate some of its kitchen cabinet assembly operations from its Carteret, N.J. location to a more accessible building with better access to New York City. This space provides them with that accessibility to allow them to expand their business.
