He continued his study of the law, first at the National Criminal Defense College and second, at Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he earned a Master of Laws in Trial Advocacy in 1995 with highest honors.

Francis O’Neill, Jr. is a tenacious advocate for victims of personal injury. He has years of experience handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases involving construction and commercial motor vehicle accidents. He frequently speaks on the issue of attorney-driven investigation of serious accidents and is OSHA 10 certified. Fran is a 2004 graduate of The Catholic University of America, cum laude, and was awarded “Most Distinguished” student of Finance. He was the Captain of the rugby team and interned at the United States Department of Justice. He is a 2007 graduate of Temple University School of Law where he was on the dean’s list. Fran also earned his Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Temple University.
