Since its founding in 1983, the second-generation family-owned and operated firm has completed a variety of projects including office, industrial and retail properties, as well as mixed use developments. Concentrated in Northern and Central New Jersey, the Key Properties portfolio currently includes approximately 500,000 square feet of assets and more than 30 acres of developable land.
Building on the legacy of their father and company founder, Abraham, Marc and David Schlussel continue to maintain and expand the company’s portfolio.
