Ice Miller LLP is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Philadelphia. The eighth Ice Miller office will be located at 1735 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
Frederick Tecce joins the Firm as the Philadelphia office managing partner and will lead the Intellectual Property (IP) Practice in that office. Fred combines his trial experience as a former assistant U.S. attorney in the criminal division with his engineering background in representing clients in hundreds of cases involving trade secret, patent and other IP matters.
Fred is joined by partner Aaron Ettelman and of counsel Bryon Wasserman. Aaron’s practice focuses on all aspects of IP rights, particularly those pertaining to chemical and biochemical matters, including patent prosecution, counseling and opinions, due diligence, post-issuance proceedings, litigation and licensing. Bryon is an IP attorney experienced in litigating patent actions before federal district courts, the International Trade Commission and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also has extensive experience evaluating IP assets.
