Stokes has been appointed to a three-year term as a Hearing Committee member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. “The disciplinary system is created and governed by the Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement, a broad set of rules by which the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania carries out its constitutional authority to regulate the practice of law in Pennsylvania.” Hearing Committee members hear cases and review files concerning attorneys located within a certain district of the State.

Gregory is a partner in the toxic tort litigation department of the firm, resident in its Philadelphia office. He has substantial experience handling general liability, products liability and premises liability claims. In the defense of product manufacturers, suppliers and premises owners in asbestos-related cases, Mr. Stokes is also experienced in the handling of general liability claims, including the defense of first-party motor vehicle actions, uninsured and underinsured motor vehicle claims, construction defect lawsuits, products liability actions and premises liability cases. Mr. Stokes has represented clients that include Fortune 500 companies, governmental entities, independent owner-operators, and commercial motor carrier drivers in state and federal court.A member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars, Gregory is a graduate of Catholic University of American and Temple University Beasley School of Law.
