Amsterdam Dental Group, a leader in periodontal prosthesis and periodontics, is pleased to welcome its newest associate Brian M. Kasten, DMD. Dr. Kasten received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida with majors in both Biology and Wildlife Ecology and Conservation before going on to complete his Dental Degree (DMD) at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He specializes in fixed prosthodontics, esthetic dentistry, periodontics, periodontal plastic surgery and dental implants at the practice’s two offices in Center City Philadelphia and Paoli, PA.

Dr. Kasten actively participates in the professional dental community and is currently pursuing membership with the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Academy of Osseointegration, Society of Color and Appearance in Dentistry and Pennsylvania Dental Association. He remains involved with the University of Pennsylvania through his teaching in the Department of Periodontics post-doctoral program. Originally from Boca Raton, Florida, Dr. Kasten is a resident of Philadelphia with his wife and daughter. He enjoys sports, including fly-fishing, golfing, skiing, as well as photography and live music.
