The Board of Directors of Advanced Health Media, LLC (AHM) today announces a series of executive appointments in response to increased demand for AHM's Life Sciences compliance software, CentrisDirectTM and expanded use of its event management services, CentrisServicesTM. AHM will continue to focus on customer service excellence and technological innovation.
Christine Croft has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of AHM. Christine has served as SVP & Chief Financial Officer of AHM since October 2013. As CEO, Christine will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the Company, sales and business development, organizational effectiveness and operational excellence. Prior to joining AHM, Christine spent 11 years in increasingly senior leadership roles at global Life Sciences CRM companies Dendrite International and Cegedim.
Frank Spender has been appointed to the position of SVP & Chief Financial Officer of AHM. Frank has served as VP Finance at AHM since January 2016. Prior to joining AHM, Frank spent 16 years in various financial leadership roles at IMS Health and its subsidiaries.
In addition, Kevin McMurtry, the founder of AHM and current Chairman, has been appointed Executive Chairman by AHM's Board of Directors. Kevin has been an active Director of the Company since 2007. As Executive Chairman, he will provide strategic guidance and leadership support to the executive team.
