For nearly 30 years, Ms. Simon has practiced exclusively in the area of labor and employment law. She has tremendous experience in a broad range of employment matters involving federal and state regulations, including the litigation of wage and hour, noncompete, discrimination, whistleblowing, and trade secrets cases in PA. Jess also counsels employers on many issues that touch the workplace, including hiring and retaining employees; employee discipline and discharge; the complexities related to disability, reasonable accommodation, and leave law and compliance; drafting employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, and severance agreements; developing and drafting workplace policies, procedures, and handbooks; and conducting employment-related investigations.

Ms. Simon has an AV Preeminent Rating in Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings, the highest legal ability and ethical standards rating. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Ms. Simon earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Politics and Philosophy from University of Pittsburgh.
