The Asia Tigers Fund, Inc. (NYSE: GRR), a closed-end equity fund, announced that Mr. J. Marc Hardy will resign as a Class III Director of the Fund effective June 21, 2017. The Board expects to reduce the size of the Board effective upon the resignation of Mr. Hardy.

The Board would like to extend its sincere gratitude to Mr. Hardy and acknowledge the many contributions he has made to the Fund during his tenure and wish him the best of success in all future endeavors.
