H. Ronald Klasko is widely recognized by businesses, universities, hospitals, scholars, investors and other lawyers as one of the country’s leading immigration lawyers. He presently chairs AILA’s EB-5 Committee, and is serving his fifth term in that capacity. Mr. Klasko is one of only three practicing lawyers ever honored with the AILA Founders Award for his contributions to immigration jurisprudence. A graduate of Lehigh University (B.A. 1971), he received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D. 1974).

Mr. Stockhas practiced immigration law exclusively for over 20 years and is President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America every year since 2004 and Chambers Global: The World’s Leading Lawyers for Business every yearsince 2006. His clients include small businesses, medium sized companies, and multinational corporations and their employees; hospitals, institutions of higher education and scientific research centers; as well as investors and other individual clients. Bill is a co-author of the "J Visa Guidebook" from Lexis Publishing along with numerous immigration law articles. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN), (B.A.1990), he received his law degree from the University of Minnesota (J.D., magna cum laude, 1993).
