S&T Bank Promotes Three Executives In Central Pennsylvania And Northeast Ohio

  • Jordan Space has been promoted to market president for the Central Pennsylvania region. He previously served as senior vice president, commercial banking regional manager at Integrity Bank – a division of S&T Bank. Jordan is responsible for continuously building upon the Bank's brand and comprehensive strategy in the Central Pennsylvania market. In his new role, Jordan will continue to oversee commercial banking, as well as collaborate with the mortgage, retail banking, small business, insurance and S&T Wealth Management lines of business to deepen the Bank's penetration of the market. Since joining the Bank in 2010, he has contributed significantly to developing customer relationships and growing business throughout the region. As a dedicated member of his community, Jordan also serves on the financial and capital allocations committee for Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine. He is an alum of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
  • Steve Hendricks has been promoted to market president for the northeast Ohio region. He previously served as senior vice president, commercial banking regional manager and market executive. Steve is responsible for driving the Bank's brand and comprehensive strategy forward in the northeast Ohio market. In his new role, Steve will continue to oversee commercial banking, and work closely with the Bank's mortgage, retail banking, small business, insurance and S&T Wealth Management lines of business to grow S&T Bank's presence in the market. He played a vital role in the S&T Bank's expansion in northeast Ohio, including the opening of the Bank's Akron branch. Steve joined S&T Bank in 2012 with more than three decades of experience in the banking and finance industry throughout the Akron andCleveland area. He is an alum of Leadership Akron's class of XXV, a current board member of the Akron Area YMCA and the American Red Cross, and an active member of the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce.
  • Tom Sposito has been promoted to chief corporate development officer. Tom is a senior executive vice president in the Central Pennsylvania market. In his new role, Tom will be responsible for overseeing S&T Wealth Management and public funds strategies. In addition, he will work closely with Jordan Space in further expanding the Bank's presence and brand throughout the Central Pennsylvania market, as well as supporting strategic initiatives throughout the organization. He has more than three decades of banking expertise, including previous roles as chief operating officer and chief revenue officer. In 2016, Tom was elected to the Pennsylvania Bankers Association's Board of Directors and serves as chair of the member relations policy committee. He also serves on the executive committee of the Harrisburg Regional Chamber and the stewardship committee of Penn State Hershey Medical Center.
