United Parcel Service Purchases Class A Warehouse In Carlisle, Pennsylvania From Dermody Properties

CBRE Group, Inc. (CBRE) announced today that it has arranged for the sale of LogistiCenter at Carlisle, a 595,000 square-foot distribution center, located at 1 Ames Drive in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The United Parcel Service (UPS) acquired the Class A bulk warehouse facility from Dermody Properties.

Michael Hines, Brian Fiumara, Brad Ruppel and Lauren Dawicki of CBRE Capital Markets’ Institutional Properties team and CBRE National Partners, negotiated on behalf of the seller, Dermody Properties.

Built in 2015, this state-of-the-art facility sits just minutes from major Interstates I-81 and I-76 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, one of the premier Central Pennsylvania submarkets with more than 20 million square-feet of institutional quality bulk distribution.

Patrick Lafferty of CBRE’s Harrisburg group assisted with the sale. Corporate neighbors near the distribution facility include Pepsi, Whirlpool and Mondelez, among others.
