In response to continued organic growth and some new assignments, Backe has just hired four new staff members, swelling its ranks from 19 to 24 full-time employees in a little more than a month.

New Senior Copywriter Moss Stern, Associate Account Manager Alessandra Aste, Developer Dylan Holland, and Web Designer Randi Sargent each contribute significant capabilities in their respective areas, and will help Backe keep pace with the influx of new work while maintaining the high quality and timely delivery for which the agency is known.

• Senior Copywriter Moss Stern has more than two decades of content creation experience with a particular concentration in healthcare. Previously he worked for Elsevier and MDLinx.com, and also maintained a busy freelance copywriting practice.
• Associate Account Manager Alessandra Aste has been active in account services since 2013, both on a freelance basis and as a project assistant with Bracket Global.
• Developer Dylan Holland spent several years working as an interactive designer for Digitas Health and as a UI/UX developer and UI supervisor with EmpireCovers.
• Web Designer Randi Sargent's previous background includes stints at Hartke-Hanks, Merkle, Destination Maternity, and EmpireCovers, as well as six years' work as a freelance interactive web designer serving a sizeable list of major clients.
