CBRE Arranges Long-Term Lease For PFM Asset Management To Remain In Harrisburg, PA

CBRE Group, Inc. (CBRE) announced today that it has arranged a 63,133 square-foot long-term lease for PFM Asset Management at 213 Market Street in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.The company will be relocating from its current location at 100 Market Street, where it has been for over the past 20 years.

CBRE’s Jeremy Shyk negotiated on behalf of the Tenant.

“This transaction represents PFM’s long-term commitment to the city of Harrisburg as one of the leading businesses in the region,” said Shyk, First Vice President. “CBRE is proud to have acted on behalf of PFM in achieving their objectives, while delivering a market clearing deal.”

Built in 1989, the property is currently undergoing renovations and once completed, will be one of the most modern office spaces in the city of Harrisburg. PFM Asset Management’s more than 150 employees will occupy floors 3 through 6 and floor 14 in the new building.

The company is expected to move into their new location by the end of this year. The CBRE Project Management team has been hired to oversee all of the logistics of the construction and move.
