Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP adds Kellie M. Garson to the firm’s Litigation Department. Garson will be in charge of Obermayer’s Delaware office.

Garson concentrates her practice in general business and commercial litigation. She has experience in a wide range of business litigation matters in state and federal courts. She represents clients in the technology, manufacturing, financial services, real estate and insurance industries, among others. Garson’s practice also includes representing public and private clients in connection with civil rights litigation.
