Pearl Media, a leader in Out-of-Home media, today announced promotions for two of its original employees to newly created C-Suite positions. The company has named Anthony Petrillo as its Chief Revenue Officer and Jen Lee Almeida as the Chief Operating Officer.

As CRO, Petrillo will oversee all strategy and direction for revenue growth and client services – spanning both experiential and Out-of-Home. He will work hand in hand with the rest of the executive team to develop policy and strategy for Pearl Media's overall welfare. Petrillo previously served as Pearl's Executive Vice President where his main remit was leading revenue, production and strategy for the experiential division.
As COO, Almeida's responsibilities will include managing all company-wide operations, both internal and external, with a focus on new asset development and growth. She will still retain the job functions of her prior role - Executive Vice President, Operations - in which she managed all operations staff and program executions.
Petrillo and Almeida joined Pearl on the same day in early 2009, setting out to bring their entrepreneurial minds and deep entertainment and marketing experience to the New Jersey-based company. Prior to Pearl, Petrillo developed movie releases for IFC Films and Lionsgate Films, and later worked at Channel M, a digital content network where he created custom programming and brand marketing campaigns. Almeida got her start in advertising and corporate marketing with roles at DDB and Clear Channel. She then became one of the founding members of an entrepreneurial division of NASCAR.
