JLL has announced the promotion of Mike Morrone to Philadelphia Market Director, and Tony Juliano to Chief Operating Officer.

As Philadelphia Market Director, Morrone will be responsible for overall product quality and delivery across all business lines, focusing on clients, business development, recruiting, and market growth for the Americas and international clients. His leadership will help drive some of the region’s most impactful transactions, and the success of his clients and team. Previously, Morrone held the titles of Managing Director and Broker Lead for JLL’s Philadelphia market.

Continuously recognized for his excellence Morrone serves on JLL’s National Leadership Council and was named to the company’s “Top Gun” list from 2010-2016.

Prior to joining JLL, Morrone served as Executive Vice President - Account Manager for multiple client accounts at UGL Equis and with Verizon and Atlantic American Properties.

Morrone holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University and is licensed as a real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania.

As COO, Juliano will drive financial growth the the oversight of JLL’s revenue-producing service lines including Philadelphia Leasing, Capital Markets, Property Management, and Project Management. Additionally, he will strengthen internal operations, managing JLL’s Human Resources, Finance, Research, and Marketing departments. He has over 8 years of commercial real estate experience in Transaction Advisory, Finance, and Operations.

Tony Juliano joined JLL in 2010 after spending three years as a Financial Analyst with Liberty Property Trust. Coming on board as a Senior Analyst in JLL’s Corporate Solutions group, Juliano quickly excelled. In 2014, he joined the Philadelphia Market as Finance Manager and soon progressed to the position of Senior Manager, Finance and Operations. Tony was named Senior Vice President of Operations in March of 2017 before ascending to Chief Operating Officer.

Juliano holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University as well as a Masters of Business Administration, with a Finance concentration.
