Brandywine Realty Trust Moves Headquarters To FMC Tower

Main Line real estate stalwart Brandywine Realty Trust announced Friday it will be moving its Radnor, Pa., HQ to the FMC Tower at Cira Centre South.

As PBJ’s Natalie Kostelni first reported, the developers of the building will be relocating its official headquarters to a 46,000-square-foot space on the 16th and 17th floors of the Tower while retaining its suburban operations and other offices around the Philly area.

First, fintech company FreedomPay announced it was joining the tower, then CHOP spinout Spark Therapeutics said it was setting up a few temporary offices at the 730-foot-tall building.
