Investors Bank announced the appointment of Paul E. Dilks to the position of Reverse Mortgage Consultant.  Mr. Dilks, who reports directly to Director of Reverse Mortgages Richard McDermott, will assist people in communities that Investors Bank’s branches serve throughout Southern New Jersey, including Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties.  Mr. Dilks brings more than 11 years of experience providing reverse mortgages to his new role at Investors Bank.

In announcing the appointment, Mr. McDermott said, “Paul has built long-term relationships with his clients by taking the time to carefully explain their reverse mortgage options. He regularly follows up with clients to answer questions. He has developed a strong sense of caring and empathy for older adults by actively aiding seniors through his participation in service organizations and the Kathy MeGee Memorial Holiday Meals Program.”

 Earlier in his career Mr. Dilks assisted homebuyers by providing residential mortgages. During his more than 25 years in the residential mortgage field, he has gained a depth of knowledge and insight that he willingly shares with his clients.

Until recently, he was also a morning radio personality who hosted an oldies program in the South Jersey market. The programming included discussions about topics that influence the everyday lives of seniors.

Mr. Dilks gives back to local communities as a member of the Washington Township Rotary, the Knights of Columbus, and local nonprofit groups. In 2015, South Jersey Magazine selected him as one of the publication’s “Men of the Year” for his exceptional service to the elderly, disabled and those in need.

He lives in Washington Township, New Jersey.
