House of Wine & Liquor has signed a lease for 5,500 square feet at St. Georges Crossing in Woodbridge. Located at the intersection of heavily traveled Route 1 & 9 and Route 35, the fully occupied, 340,000-square-foot Middlesex County shopping center is exclusively leased and managed by Levin Management Corporation (LMC).
LMC Leasing Representative E.J. Moawad, who negotiated the transaction, noted that St. Georges Crossing represents the newest location for this multi-unit, regional liquor store operator. “The presence of a high-volume ShopRite – complemented by many strong and successful tenants spanning a range of retail categories – played a significant role in attracting this business owner to St. Georges Crossing,” noted Moawad. “House of Wine & Liquor solidifies the center’s position as a ‘one-stop shopping’ destination for those who live and work in the community.”

The center is supported by excellent demographics, including a five-mile population of more than 355,000 people and a daytime population of 155,000 within those same five miles. The daily traffic count passing the property exceeds 100,000 vehicles.
