Wireless voice and data communications services provider T-Mobile continues to expand its retail presence in key markets across the United States, including the lease of 1,900 square feet at Hartford Corners in Delran. Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as exclusive managing and leasing agent for the 215,000-square-foot Burlington County shopping center.
LMC Senior Leasing Representative Andrea Kyriacou arranged the lease; Gabe Amzallag of MSC Retail represented the tenant. “T-Mobile is growing its nationwide retail footprint at a rapid pace,” said Kyriacou. “Hartford Corners’ desirable tenant mix – including a high-performing ShopRite, and a host of household-name retailers and service providers – attracted this tenant. We are pleased to add another national brand to Hartford Corners, and are confident T-Mobile will provide a valuable service for local consumers.”
T-Mobile is one of several new tenants coming to Hartford Corners. Virtua Express Urgent Care Center leased 6,900 square feet, while Edible Arrangements – the creator of and a leader in fresh fruit bouquets – committed to 1,500 square feet. Both will open soon. Hartford Corners also includes Lowe’s (shadow anchor), Staples, Planet Fitness, Five Below, Smashburger, Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa, Mattress Firm, Brighter Dental, Liberty Travel, H&R Block and GNC, along with traditional neighborhood conveniences such as a dry cleaner, nail salon, a bagel shop and a pizzeria, among others.
Hartford Corners is ideally situated at the intersection of Route 130 and Hartford Road, in a densely packed retail corridor. The center serves a growing population of more than 233,000 people within a five-mile radius, with a daytime population of 100,000 people within those same five miles.
Three retail spaces – 6,250, 7,500 and 8,100 square feet (divisible) – remain available at Hartford Corners.
