NRT Names Roger Favano As Chief Financial Officer

8/17/17

NRT LLC, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company and a subsidiary of global real estate leader Realogy Holdings Corp. (NYSE: RLGY), today announced that Roger Favano has joined NRT as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

In this role, Favano will have responsibility for all financial operations at NRT including financial reporting, planning and analysis with a focus on enhancing efficiencies and leveraging resources to support NRT's growth strategy and drive a superior experience for its affiliated agents, employees and customers. He will report to Tony Hull, Realogy's executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Favano brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience mostly spent at General Electric Capital Corporation in senior financial leadership roles including chief financial officer in risk management, chief operating officer in risk management, and chief financial officer in GE corporate treasury, among others from 1997 through 2016. He most recently served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of DFC Global Corporation, one of the largest providers of non-standard consumer financial products in the world.

"We are pleased to welcome Roger Favano to the NRT senior leadership team," said Ryan Gorman, chief strategy and operating officer, NRT. "He brings extensive financial leadership experience and is well positioned to help drive our long-term growth strategy."

NRT is ranked the No. 1 residential real estate brokerage firm in the U.S. for 20 years in a row with $166 billion in sales volume and 337,780 transaction sides on a pro forma basis.

"Roger's strong background in financial management and strategic planning at GE Capital will serve him well with our organization," said Hull. "We look forward to his leadership to help NRT continue to drive organic growth."

With this appointment, Favano replaces industry veteran Kevin Greene, who will be stepping down from his role with NRT later this year after assisting in this transition. As chief financial officer of NRT since 2002, Greene was an integral member of the senior leadership team that built NRT into the largest and most successful real estate brokerage in the nation, helping to navigate the company through hundreds of acquisitions for nearly two decades.
