BioReference Laboratories, one of the nation's largest, full-service clinical diagnostic laboratories, today formally announced the appointment of Victoria L. Laughman as Executive Vice President of Sales. With more than two decades of industry experience, including a stint at BioReference's GeneDx genetics division, Ms. Laughman will lead a national sales force from BioReference's corporate headquarters in Elmwood Park, NJ.

Prior to her new post, Ms. Laughman previously served as director of physician outreach and development for the John Muir Health System in California; she was also the president and co-founder of Caretinuum LLC, a Dallas-based firm that marketed hospital laboratory services to local physicians. At all levels, Ms. Laughman worked closely with her colleagues to ensure adherence to exacting strictures set forth by both institutional and corporate compliance departments -- standards she will enforce in her new role at BioReference.

As EVP of sales, Ms. Laughman will lead a national sales force of more than 400, providing physician clients, hospitals and health systems a one-stop shop for services from routine testing to highly-specialized esoteric assays.
