NAIOP New Jersey’s annual “CEO Perspective” will feature a discussion with top CRE leaders focused on how they are navigating current markets and trends to position their companies for success. The interactive discussion will take place during the commercial real estate organization’s next chapter meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 27, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Maritime Parc in Jersey City.
NAIOP NJ president and discussion leader Dave Gibbons, president and CEO of Elberon Development Group, will be joined by Mark Crawford, vice president of
Acquisitions and Dispositions with Duke Realty; Eugene Diaz, principal at Prism Capital Partners, LLC; and Joseph Taylor, president and CEO of Matrix Development Group. Panelists will share local, regional and global perspectives on the economics, politics, demographics, technology and consumer preferences that are shaping their investment and business strategies today.
