Skanska USA Appoints Jim Lane VP of Preconstruction in Blue Bell, PA

Skanska USA has announced that Jim Lane has joined its Blue Bell, PA office as Vice President of Preconstruction. Lane will spearhead all preconstruction efforts on behalf of the regional office, leading a team to build strong client relationships, foster continuous improvement in Skanska’s preconstruction processes, and build value for clients.

Prior to joining Skanska, Jim worked for L.F. Driscoll for 17 years as a preconstruction team leader managing a team of estimators. He brings more than 27 years of experience in preconstruction, healthcare industry and construction industry experience to the role.

A resident of Pottstown, PA, Lane received his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
