Marshall Dennehey Orlando Shareholder David W. Henry to Discuss Mediation Issues

David W. Henry, a shareholder in the Orlando office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, will co-present a CLE seminar on medical malpractice mediation at The Florida Bar’s Advanced Medical Malpractice 2017 seminar on September 8, 2017, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The presentation, titled "Mediating the Med Mal Case from Perspective of Mediator and Practitioner,” discusses several aspects of pre-trial conflict resolution with helpful strategies from varying viewpoints.

Additionally, Mr. Henry will co-present “Casting Light on the Dark Art of Mediation” at the 2017 Annual Meeting of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association on September 30, 2017, at Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo in River Ranch, Fla.

Mr. Henry is a member of the Executive Council of the ADR Section of The Florida Bar and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil and Appellate Mediator. He serves as a civil mediator for business litigation, corporate disputes, construction-related litigation, professional and fiduciary liability, as well as real estate, insurance coverage and personal injury claims. Additionally, he is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, an association of ADR professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution.

Mr. Henry graduated from Emory University and received his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Florida as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
