Mr. Kadakal will be responsible for all operations in Turkey and neighboring countries, and will report directly to Jaco Erasmas, N2Growth's European CEO.

Prior to joining N2Growth, Ulvi Kadakal both operated and advised private equity companies including the successful exit of Wittur Holding from Triton PE to Bain Capital. Mr. Kadakal holds a mechanical engineering degree from Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul.
