The IMC is the worldwide association for investor migration and citizenship-by-investment, bringing together the leading stakeholders in the field and giving the industry a voice. The IMC sets the standards on a global level and interacts with other professional associations, governments and international organizations in relation to investment migration. The IMC helps to promote high professional standards as well as to improve public understanding of the issues faced by clients, professionals and governments in this area. 

Ron is a passionate advocate for the mission and work of the IMC. His firm was selected several years ago to be the representative office for IMC in North America. One of the country's leading EB-5 and E-2 treaty investor lawyers, Ron represents thousands of foreign investors from all around the world, over 50 approved regional centers and numerous U.S. developers and business owners who have sought his counsel in connection with using the EB-5 program to raise capital for investment projects, and more. Ron has served five terms as Chair of the EB-5 Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). In this capacity, he has led advocacy efforts with USCIS to improve the EB-5 program. As Chair of the Best Practices Committee of IIUSA, the association of EB-5 regional centers, from 2012 to 2013, Ron worked with regional centers, developers and EB-5 professionals to develop the first comprehensive list of best practices in the EB-5 industry. One of the most prolific EB-5 bloggers, Ron is a sought-after speaker and regularly speaks on EB-5 topics around the country and around the world. Ron has been interviewed by U.S. and Chinese media on numerous occasions and has been quoted in Forbes Magazine and other media on his views on EB-5 matters. A founding member of Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP, Ron serves as both its Managing Partner and Chair of the 25 person EB-5 Team of the firm. He has practiced immigration law exclusively for over three decades. A graduate of Lehigh University (B.A. 1971), he received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D. 1974).
