Binswanger is pleased to announce that Joseph M. McCawley, Jr. has joined the Project Management team and will be based in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. In his new role, Mr. McCawley will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of key projects utilizing a hands-on approach.

Mr. McCawley has over 30 years of experience with development, construction and management of investment grade real estate in the public and private sectors. He has been recognized for forming strategic partnerships with owner, investors, professional consultants, contractors and team members from inception through completion.

Prior to joining Binswanger, Mr. McCawley was employed by Carlino Commercial Development, McCawley Real Estate Advisors, Brandywine Realty Trust, MRA Group, DRDG, LLP and Hansen Properties where he successfully completed projects valued in excess of $600,000,000.

Mr. McCawley is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania and graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
