Stradley Ronon Attorney Karl S. Myers recorded a podcast for the American Bar Association, titled, “Optimizing Technology for Appellate Practice.” The show included practical advice for practitioners on how to use technology to achieve efficiencies in preparing appellate briefs and appendices.

Myers is an appellate lawyer who has personally argued and briefed dozens of precedent-setting cases before the appellate courts of Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions. He maintains a particular focus on cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme, Commonwealth and Superior Courts, including litigation involving state constitutional challenges, insurance insolvency and regulatory matters, Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law requests, government contracting and bid-protest disputes, complex commercial actions and many other types of civil cases.
