In his new role, Jim will provide leadership and oversight to the company’s growing Landlord business line, Landlord Agents and Landlord clients nationwide.

Savard brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, including commercial transactions, advisory, strategic planning, development, acquisition and disposition services for corporate clients, institutional landlords and real estate developers. His experience includes retail, mixed-use, office, research and development, distribution, warehouse, multifamily and hospitality projects with over 22 million square feet of transactions.

Savard joins Metro from Core Realty, where he served asExecutive Vice President of transactions and development. Prior to that, Savard served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for O’Neill Properties. In addition, he led the Tenant Representation Group at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Philadelphia office and started his career in commercial real estate with The Galbreath Company.
