At iPipeline, ORS is responsible for managing the entire talent acquisition process, including interviewing managers, creating job descriptions, determining sourcing strategies, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, making recommendations and negotiating offers. In addition, ORS has created an employee referral program, hosted networking events, implemented talent acquisition process and tools and conducted hiring manager interview training at iPipeline. In the three years of partnership before iPipeline’s acquisition by Thoma Bravo in 2015, ORS filled 264 roles, decreased cost per hire by 55% and decreased time to fill by 41%.
