On September 16, Health Partners Plans (HPP) hosted the Health Partners Plans’ Health and Music Festival-“Finding the ‘U’ in Unity!” Hundreds gathered on the grounds of New Covenant Church in Germantown for the free, signature event which included a health festival, live performances such as the North Philly Footstompers (pictured bottom center), complimentary health screenings, massages and facials, kids’ zone, food trucks, mini HPP job fair and more! Grammy-nominated singer Jazmine Sullivan, funk innovator Jeff Bradshaw (pictured top left) and rapper Chill Moody took the stage for the grand finale concert. HPP chose to host the celebration to engage and unite the community and to help people lead healthier lives.
