dd's DISCOUNTS®, a division of Ross Stores, will open a new store in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 23, 2017. The 22,000 square foot store is located in the Penrose Plaza Shopping Center on the southwest corner of Island Avenue and Lindbergh Blvd. The new location will be the second dd's in Philadelphia. The opening is part of the retailer's 2017 proposed expansion program of over 20 new locations nationally during the year. With this new opening, dd's DISCOUNTS will operate 210 locations in 16 states.
