Ribbon-cutting Held for New Eldorado Stone Facility at Antrim Commons Business Park

9/27/17

Local Pennsylvania officials and business leaders attended the ribbon-cutting event for the new Eldorado Stone facility at Antrim Commons Business Park in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. Last year, the manufacturer of architectural stone veneer signed a full-building, 432,000 square foot lease at the building, and announced plans to consolidate two operations in Pennsylvania and Hagerstown, Maryland. The building is owned and was developed by a joint venture between Atapco Properties and Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC (CREG). Approximately 300 workers are expected to eventually work within this new facility.

Antrim Commons Business is configured to support up to six million square feet of industrial and commercial space and is situated adjacent to Interstate 81 and is approximately ten miles from Interstate 70. Hagerstown Regional Airport is positioned approximately five miles from the site.

"Eldorado Stone is recognized as the standard in the architectural stone industry," Pennsylvania State Senator John Eichelberger (District 30) remarked at the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
