With deep white-collar experience in New Jersey, New York, and Washington, D.C., Katz represents corporations and individuals in criminal, civil, and regulatory matters initiated by federal and state agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities Exchange Commission, and state attorneys general.

Katz, a seasoned trial attorney, began his career as a Manhattan Assistant D.A. He more recently served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in both the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of New York, where he handled matters involving securities fraud, healthcare fraud, and money laundering. In Washington, D.C., as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Katz was assigned the role of Lead Prosecutor in one of the famed Enron prosecutions.
