Eureka Growth Capital announced that its portfolio company Exterior Maintenance Resources Inc. d/b/a Merit Service Solutions, a leading national provider of outsourced exterior facilities management services, added industry veteran Harry J. Carpenter to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Carpenter recently served as President of the Landscape Maintenance Division of Brightview Corporation, a national provider of landscape design, construction and maintenance services, and a KKR portfolio company. Prior to joining Brightview, Mr. Carpenter spent over 25 years at Aramark, most recently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer, Business & Industry, one of Aramark’s largest market sectors. Mr. Carpenter’s other leadership roles at Aramark included Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of North American Food, Hospitality and Facility Services and Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Aramark’s Healthcare and Education Group.
