Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP adds Timothy J. Ford to the firm’s litigation group. Ford practices in the Philadelphia office.

Ford helps clients navigate all phases of complicated litigation and investigations, from prelitigation advice, pleadings, motions practice, and discovery, through trial and appeal. His practice also includes election law. He previously served as a legislative assistant to the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Ways and Means, working on the policy team of a high-stakes statewide political campaign in California, and defending state law and policy in state and federal court as a legal intern in the Michigan Solicitor General Bureau. Prior to joining the firm, Ford served as a law clerk to the Hon. Timothy J. Savage on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also worked as an associate in a Washington, D.C. law firm where he focused on litigation and investigations in international trade.
